MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The AWM Mentorship Program pairs both graduate students and senior undergraduate students with undergraduate students (both women and men) in the organization. The goal of this pairing is for mentors to serve as a big sibling to their mentees and guide them through the academic year. A mentor may give insight on what it means to be a math major, what different areas of interest look like and what applying to graduate school entails.
